Yuen Long District covers Tin Shui Wai new town, Yuen Long town centre, rural areas such as Kam Tin, Pat Heung, Shap Pat Heung and Ping Shan, and low-density estates like Fairview Park and Palm Springs. The land is flat, much of it former fishponds, and some villages still have no public sewers, so village houses may have their own septic tanks and long drain runs. Enquiries may cover unblocking, desilting, septic systems and fixture work; responsibility, vehicle access and handling are confirmed for each site.
Call-out timing is confirmed based on the schedule and site conditions

Each guide explains common drain problems, who is responsible and what to prepare, based on the estate's age, building type and public records.
