Check the product label and pipe material first, and never mix chemical cleaners. If the drain is fully blocked, backing up or already contains another product, stop and disclose what has been used before arranging help.

We do not make a blanket outcome or permanent no-recurrence guarantee. The scope, limitations and any applicable follow-up arrangement are explained for the individual job before work begins.
